ControlNet冗余网络控制系统的设计与优化

摘要

Through analyzing the principle of ControlNet network, by adopting ControlLogix 5561 controller, the redundant ControlNet networking control system has been designed. In addition, the engineering optimizing method of ControlNet network is summarized for optimizing the control network designed; and the result of optimization is analyzed. The result indicates that after optimization the network update time ( NUT) is shorter, the design is worth to be consulted for designing ControlNet redundant network control system and its optimization.%通过分析ControlNet网络的原理,采用ControlLogix 5561控制器设计了一套ControlNet冗余网络控制系统;同时,总结ControlNet的工程优化方法,对设计的控制系统网络进行了优化,并对优化结果进行了分析.结果表明,优化后的网络更新时间NuT更短,对Con-trolNet网络冗余网络控制系统的设计和优化具有一定的参考价值.
