基于电压灵敏度分析的分布式光伏在线调控策略

         

摘要

With the increasing penetration of distributed photovoltaic (PV) generations,traditional voltage control method cannot achieve the optimal benefit in active distribution network. In order to satisfy the demand of online control for distribution PV generations,a voltage sensitivity analysis based online control strategy for distributed PV genera⁃tions is proposed,which can fulfill the voltage control of distribution network at the same time. Sensitivity matrix of bus voltage subject to bus injection is calculated,then the optimization model for automated voltage control(AVC)of dis⁃tributed PV generation is established and solved by a modified bimodal immune particle swarm optimization algorithm, of which the solution gives online active and reactive output power control instructions to distributed PV generations in⁃corporated into the distribution network. The proposed strategy is applied to Changdong 863 feeder of Jiaxing in Zheji⁃ang province and simulated by the coordination of PSCAD/EMTDC and Matlab,and the simulation result validates the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed strategy.%随着主动配电网中分布式光伏渗透率越来越高,传统配电网电压控制方法已不能达到最佳效果与最优效益。为满足主动配电网中分布式光伏在线调控的需求,本文提出了一种基于电压灵敏度分析的分布式光伏在线调控策略,同时可以实现配电网的电压调节。推导出配电网电压对节点注入功率的灵敏度矩阵,建立分布式光伏自动发电控制优化模型,并通过改进的免疫双态粒子群算法求解该模型,对配电网中光伏发电系统的有功无功输出进行在线优化控制。本文所提出的策略和算法应用于浙江嘉兴双河变昌东863馈线配电网中的分布式光伏,并在PSCAD/EMTDC与Matlab联合仿真平台中进行仿真验证,结果证明了所提出的方法的正确性与有效性。
