基于ANSYS的釜式重沸器斜锥壳的可靠性分析设计

摘要

The reliable of the slant conical shell of the reboiler was analyzed with Monte - Carlo method by the ANSYS probabilistic design system, then, compared with the FOSM. The result show that the theory e-quation is not fit for the reliable analysis and design. So, an easy way using ANSYS is put forward for the reliable analysis of the slant concial shell.%运用大型有限元分析软件(ANSYS)的概率设计功能,选用蒙特卡洛法,进行了釜式重沸器斜锥壳的可靠性分析,并与理论结果做了比较.结果表明,理论公式不太适用于可靠性分析设计,而ANSYS的概率设计功能可以作为斜锥壳的可靠性分析设计的一个简便的方法.
