焦炭塔热处理后焊缝缺陷原因分析及处理

         

摘要

Through a variety of physical and chemical means, the causes of crack formation were found after the overall heat treatment of coke tower's welding. The results show that the causes of crack formation is that the rules of welding and repair are not strictly enforced during coke tower's manufacture and installation. Especially, the winter with low temperatures, heavy humidity, easily appears to welding quality defects in the inappropriate measures taken, such as crack, blowhole, slag, lack of penetration. An improper heat treatment may lead the crack expendor and dissolve out brittle phase.%通过各种理化检验手段,对焦炭塔整体热处理后裂纹产生的原因进行了分析.结果表明,裂纹产生的原因是焦炭塔在制造安装过程中焊接及返修时没有严格执行焊接规程,特别是冬季气温低,湿度大,采取的措施不当,容易产生宏观和微观缺陷,如裂纹、夹渣、气孔、未焊透等.若焊后热处理不当,可能导致裂纹扩展或析出脆性项.
