搪玻璃设备管口搪玻璃层内残余应力及其影响因素

         

摘要

The residual stress and effect of the enamel coating at the nozzle of enamel equipment was investigated by simulating the cooling process in firing process with FE-analysis of Abaqus software.It was resulted that the maximal value of the major principle stress in enamel coating decreased with the increasing of the fillet radius R at the join corner of the nozzle.By the trend of the maximal value of the major principal stress with the fillet radius R,it was revealed that the maximal value increased rapidly with the decreasing of R when it was less than 6 mm,however,the maximal value decreased gently with the increasing of R when it was more than 15 mm.And the maximal value decreased with the decreasing of the coefficient difference of thermal expansion between the enamel and the metal substrate.The enamel thickness at join corner of the nozzle decrease would induce the residual stress decreasing with the decreasing of the major principal stress.%为了考察搪玻璃设备管口搪玻璃瓷层残余应力分布及其相关影响,利用Abaqus软件模拟了搪玻璃设备搪烧后的冷却过程.模拟结果表明,管口搪玻璃层残余第一主应力最大值均随管口圆角半径R增大而减小,且当基体圆角半径R小于6 mm后,瓷层残余最大主应力随圆角半径R的减少增加明显;而当圆角半径R增大至15 mm后,残余最大第一主应力减少趋势变得逐渐平缓.另外,搪玻璃层内最大主应力数值随基材与搪玻璃层材料线膨胀系数差减少而减少.管口圆角处搪玻璃层厚度减少可使管口圆角处第一主应力残余应力略减少.
