The ultrafine silver powders were prepared by chemical reduction using hydrazine (N2H4 ? H2O) as the reductant. The average particle size is 1 μm by controling the amount of dispersant. The paste for solar cells were manufactured with these silver powders. Its morphology structure of the silver layer was observed by scanning electron microscopy ( SEM) after sintering and compared with that of imported silver paste. It was indecated that the silver powders can meet basically the requirements of paste for solar cells.%用水合肼(N2H4·H2O)化学还原制备超细银粉,通过分散剂的用量控制银粉的粒径,制备出平均粒径为1μm左右的超细银粉.银粉配制成太阳能电池用浆料,烧结后在扫描电镜( SEM)下观察银层的形貌结构,并与进口银浆进行对比,说明该银粉基本能够满足太阳能电池浆料要求.
