Objective To observe the efficacy of propofol combined with midazolam on painless induced a-bortion. Methods 450 cases admitted to our hospital from June 2011 to June 2012 were divided into experimental group and control group,225 cases in each group. The control group was treated with intravenous propofol only,and the experimental group was given midazolam and propofol. The anesthetic and analgesic effects of the two groups were observed. Results The anesthetic excellent rate and analgesic effective rate of experimental group ( 100% ) were significantly better than those of control group( P <0. 05 ). The average consciousness recovery time[ ( 2. 27 ± 1. 09 )min ] and the usage of propofol [ ( 2. 45 ± 0. 09 )mg/kg ]in experimental group were significantly lower than those of control group( P <0. 05 ). Conclusion Propofol combined with midazolam on painless induced abortion can get better anesthesia and analgesic effect, it is worthy of further promoting in the clinical use.%目的 探讨丙泊酚联合咪达唑仑在无痛人流中的应用.方法 将我院2011年6月至2012年6月进行无痛人流的450例患者随机分为实验组和对照组,每组225例.对照组单纯静脉注射丙泊酚;实验组先注射咪达唑仑,然后静脉注射丙泊酚.观察两组在无痛人流中的麻醉、镇痛情况.结果 实验组的麻醉优良率和镇痛有效率均为100%,显著优于对照组(P<0.05).实验组的平均意识恢复时间与丙泊酚的使用量分别为(2.27±1.09)min和(2.45±0.09)mg/kg,显著低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 丙泊酚联合咪达唑仑在无痛人流术中可以获得更好的麻醉与镇痛效果,值得在无痛人流术中进一步推广使用.
