微生态制剂在新生儿高胆红素血症中的应用

         

摘要

Objective To study the application of micro-ecological agents on premature hyperbilirubinemia. Methods 68 newborn infants with hyperbilirubinemia were randomly divided into two groups: control group and treatment group,34 cases in each group. The control group took basic treatment and blue light treatment,the treatment group was given bifid triple viable-preparation on the basis therapy of control group. Before and after treatment in 1,3 ,5 days respectively, to detect the content of serum bilirubin and indirect bilirubin and to observe aundice subsidise time of the two groups. Results On the third and fifth day,the total serum bilirubin of the two groups had no difference( P < 0. 05 ),the blue light times and exposure time of the treatment group decreased obviously compared with control( P < 0. 05 ). Conclusion Micro-ecological agents using as auxiliary treatment for newborn hyperbilirubinemia can obviously accelerate serum bilirubin returning to normal level, shorten the treatment time, make the children early rehabilitation.%目的 观察微生态制剂在新生儿高胆红素血症治疗中的作用.方法 将68例高胆红素血症新生儿随机分成对照组和治疗组,每组34例.对照组采用基础治疗和蓝光治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上服用双歧三联活菌制剂.分别在治疗前后1、3、5 d检测患儿血清中胆红素和间接胆红素的含量,并观察两组患儿黄疸消退所需时间.结果 治疗组和对照组第3天和第5天血清中总胆红素比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组基础蓝光治疗次数及照射时间与对照组相比明显减少,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 双歧三联活菌制剂辅助治疗新生儿高胆红素血症,可明显加快患儿血清中胆红素恢复正常的速度,缩短治疗时间,使患儿早日康复.
