Objective To evaluate the effect of high intensity focused ultrasound combined with baofukang gel on severe cervical erosion in women with reproductive requirements. Methods 122 women with severe cervical erosion and reproductive requirements were divided into 2 groups:54 cases with focused ultrasound treatment alone ( HIFu group );68 cases with focused ultrasound combined with baofukang gel treatment ( combination group ). Baofukang gel was used in vaginal after focused ultrasound treatment, once daily, the course was 14 d. Results Combination group was better than those of HIFu group in the effective rate, the improvement of symptoms and the cervical microenviron-ment( P < 0. 05 ); The adverse reaction rate of combination group was significantly lower than that of HIFu group ( P < 0. 05 ). Conclusion The effect of high intensity focused ultrasound combined with baofukang gel on severe cervical e-rosion is good,it helps accelerate wound healing,with less adverse reactions.%目的 评价高强度聚焦超声配合保妇康凝胶治疗有生育要求妇女重度宫颈糜烂的疗效.方法 将122例有生育要求的重度宫颈糜烂患者随机分为2组.聚焦超声组(54例)仅给予聚焦超声治疗;联合治疗组(68例)在聚焦超声治疗术后每日宫颈上药,1次/d,14 d为1个疗程.结果 联合治疗组治愈率、症状及宫颈微环境的改善明显优于聚焦超声组(P<0.05);联合治疗组术后不良反应明显少于聚焦超声组(P<0.05).结论 聚焦超声配合保妇康凝胶治疗有生育要求妇女重度宫颈糜烂效果显著,创面愈合快,术后不良反应少.
