地塞米松在周围神经阻滞中应用的研究进展

摘要

Objective Peripheral nerve block is a commonly used local anesthesia method. Dexamethasone combined with topical anesthetics can prolong the effect of topical anesthetics and enhance the efficacy of postoperative analgesia. As a result,dexamethasone has been widely accepted as adjuvant local anesthetics in clinical settings. Howev-er,the underlying mechanism and the toxic side effects of dexamethasone in peripheral nerve block are controversial. This article demonstrates the latest progress on the application of dexamethasone in peripheral nerve block in order to provide some references for clinics.%周围神经阻滞是一种常见的局部麻醉方法。地塞米松与局部麻醉药配伍可以延长局麻药的阻滞时间以及增强术后镇痛的作用，因此，地塞米松作为局麻药辅药在临床应用中逐渐得到普及。然而，目前地塞米松在周围神经阻滞中作用的相关机制及毒副作用尚存在较大争议。现就地塞米松在周围神经阻滞中应用的最新进展进行综述，为临床提供参考。
