CXCL12-CXCR4在胃癌中的表达及其与腹腔转移的意义

Objective To explore the significance of CXCL 12-CXCR4 in gastric cancer with abdominal metastasis . Methods The expression of CXCR4 in gastric cancer specimens with or without abdominal metastasis was detected by immuno -histochemistry.The effect of CXCL12-CXCR4 on migration of gastric cancer cells was analyzed by Transwell migration assay .Re-sults The expression of CXCR4 in gastric cancers with abdominal metastasis was significantly higher than that without abdominal metastasis(72.41%vs 38.23%,P<0.05).Transwell migration assay showed that CXCL12 promoted the migration of gastric cancer cells,there were statistical differences .The migrated cells in the experimental group and the control group were 52.80 ± 6.69,and 27.80 ±8.23,P<0.05.Conclusion CXCL12-CXCR4 plays an important part in the abdominal metastasis and could be an indicator to evaluate gastric cancer abdominal metastasis .%目的：探讨CXCL12-CXCR4轴在胃癌腹腔转移中的意义。方法采用免疫组化的方法检测有腹腔转移及无腹腔转移的胃癌手术切除标本中CXCR4的表达情况，通过Transwell小室迁移实验分析CXCL12-CXCR4轴对胃癌细胞迁移的影响。结果在有腹腔转移的胃癌中， CXCR4的阳性表达率明显高于无腹腔转移的胃癌（72．41％ vs 38．23％，P＜0．05）；在Transwell小室迁移实验中，CXCL12能促进胃癌细胞的迁移。实验组的穿膜细胞数为（52．80±6．69）个细胞，对照组为（27．80±8．23）个细胞，2组差异具有统计学意义，P＜0．05。结论 CXCL12-CXCR4轴在胃癌腹腔转移中有重要的作用，可作为评估胃癌腹腔转移的1个观测指标。
