乳腺癌超声征象与病理组织学类型及组织学分级的临床关系研究

摘要

Objective To study the clinical relationship between ultrasonographic signs and histopathological grading of breast cancer.Methods A prospective study was conducted in 127 patients with breast cancer from November 2014 to November 2016.Pathological analysis including histological classification and histological grade of infiltrating ductal carcinoma was carried out after operation.Results There were significant differences in infiltrating lobular carcinoma and infiltrating ductal carcinoma in burr,calcification,morphology,and posterior echo attenuation(P<0.05).The difference of high and low differentiation was statistically significant in blood flow and morphology(P<0.05).Conclusion There is correlation between ultrasonographic signs and histopathological changes in breast cancer.Ultrasonic morphological features have prognostic significance for histopatho-logical classification and histological grading.%目的 研究乳腺癌超声征象和病理组织学类型及组织学分级的临床关系.方法 对127例乳腺癌患者进行前瞻性研究,在实施手术后进行包括组织学分类、浸润性导管癌组织学分级的病理分析.结果 浸润性小叶癌和浸润性导管癌在毛刺、钙化、形态、后方回声衰减等方面比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),高低分化型在血流及形态学方面差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 乳腺癌超声征象和病理组织学变化具有关联性,超声形态特点对病理组织分型和组织学分级具有预测提示作用.
