基于故障录波装置的双回输电线路参数在线测量方法

摘要

为了方便测量输电线路参数,提出一种基于故障录波装置的双回互感线路参数在线测量方法.介绍了双回线路正序参数测量及零序参数测量的基本原理,提出利用外接GPS的故障录波装置实现数据同步采集、通过中心计算机实现线路参数计算的输电线路参数在线测量实施方案.仿真结果表明,该在线参数测量方法简单易行,测试结果能满足工程测量要求.%On-line parameter measurement of double-circuit transmission lines based on fault recorder is presented, in order to measure the transmission line's parameter conveniently. The theory of double-circuit transmission lines' positive sequence parameter measurement and zero sequence parameter is described. The process of transmission line online measurement is introduced. Fault recorder connected with GPS is used as the synchronization data collection device. Transmission line's parameter is calculated by center computer. The simulation results prove that the new method can meet the needs of live line measurement.
