研制了一种基于 TEV (暂态对地电压)法的电缆终端局部放电(PD)状态监测装置。基于 TEV 法原理建立了电缆终端PD 传播的波阻抗模型;在此基础上研制了一种用于 PD 检测的新型贴片式传感器,对其设计方法和响应特性进行了分析,并且提出了一种电缆终端远程无线监测方案并试制了一套装置样机,装置采用 PRPD(局部放电相位分析)技术完成 PD 的统计分析与识别。通过现场实测数据表明,该装置的设计原理和检测效果能够满足电缆终端状态监测的需要。%A kind of cable termination PD (partial discharge) condition monitoring device based on the TEV method is developed. In order to discuss the response characteristic of PD pulses, the wave impedance model of the PD propagation is built. Furthermore, a new kind of sensor for the PD detecting of the cable termination is designed and manufactured based on the wave impedance model. Moreover, a wireless PD monitoring scheme based on this kind of sensor is presented and a prototype of the monitoring device for the cable termination is developed. By using PRPD (phase resolved partial discharge) technique, the detecting reliability of the monitoring device is guaranteed. Finally, the testing data show that the design principle and monitoring results of the device meet the demands of the PD condition monitoring for cable terminations.
