一种基于检修风险收益的输变电设备检修优先级排序方法

         

摘要

在检修资源有限的条件下,如何选取待检修设备集合是制定设备检修计划、实现检修效果最大化的基础.基于输变电设备风险评估导则,提出了一种基于检修风险收益的输变电设备检修优先级排序方法,介绍了设备风险评估的流程、适用于设备风险评估的故障概率模型、设备故障对设备自身、人身、环境、系统、社会等多层次影响的建模方式及检修优先级决策量的选取方式.算例分析以RBTS系统为例,定量展现了系统中各设备的故障概率、故障后果、检修优先级决策量的计算过程及该方法在不同应用条件下的差异化应用.相比传统检修设备选取方法,该方法拥有更有效的故障概率模型、更全面的后果严重度评判体系,应用场合也更为广泛.%Under conditions of limited maintenance resources,how to select equipment is the basis to make maintenance plan and maximize the effect of maintenance. Based on transmission and transformation equipment risk assessment guide rule, this paper proposes a maintenance prioritization method of transmission and transformation equipment based on maintenance risk return. The process of risk assessment for equipment, a failure probability model which is suitable for risk assessment, a model for the multilevel effects of different failures to equipment itself, human, environment, system, society and the selection method of maintenance prioritization decision value are introduced. Taking RBTS system as an example, the case study quantitatively shows equipment's failure probability, failure consequences and the calculation process of maintenance prioritization decision value.Different applications of the method under different application conditions are also demonstrated.Compared to the traditional methods of selecting maintenance equipment, this method has a more effective failure probability model, a more comprehensive evaluation system of consequence severity and a wider range of applications.
