一种快速可靠的发电机突加电压保护

         

摘要

This paper analyzes the risk of inadvertent energization fault and problems of inadvertent energization protection during commission and operation,i.e.mal-operation of inadvertent energization protection during generator operation;the duration of fault lasts too long and results in burning loss of generator.Based on the analysis,a solution of inadvertent energization protection with faster speed and better reliability is proposed,which is used for generators in standstill status or jigger status.To avoid mal-operation,this solution uses redundant blocking conditions:voltage blocking and binary input blocking.To trip faster,the solution uses RMS algorithm for voltage and current calculation.This paper describes the logic,algorithm and simulation of Siemens inadvertent energization protection,and demonstrates the advantages of this solution in standstill or jigger status of generators.%分析了发电机组突加电压的危害和当前突加电压保护存在的问题,即:发电机组并网运行时突加电压保护误动;突加电压故障发生时故障切除时间较长,导致发电机组的损害较大.根据现状,提出了一种更可靠、快速的突加电压保护方案.该方案适用于静止状态或盘车状态的发电机组突加电压故障,采用过电压闭锁、开关量闭锁的双重闭锁方式,确保突加电压保护在发电机组运行时不误动.使用RMS算法计算模拟量,降低保护动作的固有延时.详细描述了该方案的逻辑、算法以及仿真结果,论证了该方案在静止或低速盘车状态下,发电机组突加电压故障的先进性和可行性.
