合同能源管理中的电机项目节电量评估

摘要

In light of the problems of quantity calculation of electricity power saving in EMC, the article studies the importance, contents, method and process of energy efficiency assessment taking water pump energy saving renovation project as an example. Energy consumption standard is calculated before and after the transforma⁃tion. The results show that the measured power saving rate is 4.68%higher than the forecasted electricity saving rate, which indicates that energy saving quantity error is within the allowed range. Case analy⁃sis of the research on power saving amount provides reference for the accurate measurement in EMC.%针对合同能源管理中节电量的计量问题，通过研究能效测评重要性、能效测评内容、能效测评方法及过程，以连铸静环供水泵节能改造项目作为案例，对其改造前、改造后的能耗基准进行计算统计，结果显示实测节电率比预估节电率高出4.68%，表明节能改造前的节电量计算误差在允许范围之内。案例分析的研究成果对合同能源管理中的节电量准确计量提供了参考。
