It discusses the calculation formula for navigable clearance dimensions of crossing-river tridge and navigation safety guarantee measures to avoid unable passing through of larger ships (fleet) because of insufficient navigable clearance and thus influence navigational capacity, and to reduce vessel navigation accidents.%讨论跨江桥梁的通航净空尺度的计算公式和通航安全保障措施，防止因通航净空尺度的不足，而限制了较大船型 (队 )无法通过，影响航运船力，同时可减少船舶航行事故的发生。
