固定桥式起重机并机运行的矢量控制供电系统设计

         

摘要

When closed loop frequency-modulation technique is adopted for synchronous motor under vector control, fixed bridge cranes could be in parallel operation through Ethernet network. If the mass for heavy or large-piece cargo is less than the rated loading capacity, one set of crane is used in operation. If the mass is less than or equal to double rated loading capacity, two sets of crane must be used in parallel operation. Based on some engineering cases, we introduce the electric driving plan for the parallel-operating cranes, expatiate and determine the methods for calculating electric current, peak current, the capacity and location of the box-type substation, which will provide references for similar projects.%在异步电动机采用矢量控制的闭环调频技术后,固定桥式起重机可通过以太网技术实现并机运行,当重大件货物的质量小于额定起重量时,用单台起重机作业;当重大件的质量≤2倍额定起重量时,可用2台起重机并机作业.通过工程实例介绍并行起重机的电气拖动方案,并阐述确定起重机计算电流、尖峰电流和箱式变电站容量及位置的方法,可供类似工程设计参考.
