一种带弹性保护装置的对辊破碎机的研发

摘要

文章研发了一种对辊破碎机，主要用于矿石破碎，包括辊筒支架、主动辊筒和从动辊筒，其特点在辊筒调节装置和后支架之间设置有保护弹簧，其优点在于结构简单、可自动调整辊筒间距以保护辊筒，这样可以延长破碎机的使用寿命。%This paper developed a roll crusher which including the roller bracket, driving roller and the driven roller. The roll crusher is mainly used for ore crushing. It’s feature is the elastic protection device which set up between roller adjusting device and a rear bracket. Its advantage is that the structure is simple and it can adjust the roller spacing to protect roller automatically .It can prolong the service life of crusher.
