提高LF30-Ⅱ型PVC聚合釜产能的研究

摘要

Baesd on analysis and integration of cold model experimental data for LF30-Ⅱ type of PVC polymcrizers, an plan for improving the structure dimension of LF30-Ⅱ type of PVC polyme-rizcrs was proposed. The production practice results showed that the modified LF30-Ⅱ type of PVC polymcrizcrs achicvcd thc expcctcd cffccts and thc production capacity was incrcascd to morc than 10 thound tons per ycar.%通过对LF30-Ⅱ型PVC聚合釜冷模试验数据进行分析整理，提出了LF30-Ⅱ型PVC聚合釜搅拌器结构尺寸的改进方案。生产实践结果表明，改进后的LF30-Ⅱ型PVC聚合釜达到了预期的效果．提高了聚合釜的产能，可使单釜PVC生产能力达到10000t／a以上。
