利用异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、聚己二酸乙二醇丁二醇酯(PEBA1000)、1,4-丁二醇(BDO)和笼形八聚(γ-氨丙基)倍半硅氧烷(OAPS)等为主要原料,合成了杂化聚氨酯弹性体(PUE)交联网络.通过傅里叶转换红外光谱(FTr-IR)、动态力学分析(DMA)、热失重分析(TGA)以及力学性能的测试对杂化材料的结构和性能进行了表征.结果表明,OAPS成功引入到PUE中,使PUE的力学内耗和永久变形降低,而其耐热性以及拉伸强度得到一定程度的提高.%A series of hybrid polyurethane elastomers (PUE) were prepared by isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI), polyethyleneglycol butyleneglycol adipate (PEBA1000), 1,4-butanediol (BDO) and cage octa(γ-aminopropyl) silsesquioxane (OAPS).Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA) and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) were employed to characterize the structure and properties of the polyurethane elastomers modified by OAPS.The results showed that the PUE containing OAPS displayed lower dynamic mechanical loss and permanent deformation, higher thermal stability and tensile strength.
