HMDI型聚氨酯弹性体的制备与性能研究

         

摘要

以4,4′⁃二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯( HMDI)、聚醚多元醇和1,4⁃丁二醇等为主要原料,采用预聚体法合成了聚氨酯弹性体( PUE)。通过万能材料试验机、傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、动态力学分析仪等手段对HMDI型P UE力学性能和阻尼性能等进行研究。结果表明,随着异氰酸酯指数( R值)增大,拉伸强度、100%定伸模量、硬度、回弹率逐渐增大,断裂伸长率逐渐减小;储能模量随R值增大明显增加;损耗因子tanδ峰值位置及大小随R值增大略微减少,阻尼性能随R值增大逐渐减小,但有效阻尼温域均大于60℃,属于宽温域阻尼材料。%A series of polyurethane elastomers were synthesized with 4,4′⁃dicyclohexyl methane diisocyanate ( HMDI) , polyether polyols and 1,4⁃butanediol( BDO) as the main raw material by two⁃step process. The mechani⁃cal properties, damping performance of the polyurethane elastomer were researched by universal material testing machine, shore hardness tester, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, dynamic mechanical analyzer, etc. The effects of the isocyanate index( R value) on tensile strength, elongation at break, 100%stretch modulus, hardness, resilience, energy storage modulus, loss factor and other properties of polyurethane elastomer were studied. The re⁃sults showed that the tensile strength, 100% stretch modulus, hardness, resilience gradually increased and elonga⁃tion at break gradually decreased with the increase of R value. The storage modulus obviously increased with the in⁃crease of R value, the peak position and size of the loss factor( tanδ) slightly decreased with the increase of R val⁃ue, and the damping performance gradually decreased with the increase of R value, but the effective damping tem⁃perature range was over 60 ℃, so the PU was a wide temperature domain damping material.
