不同摩尔比混杂插层Zn—Mg—Al水滑石的制备及其阻燃性能测试

         

摘要

A kind intercalation Zn-Mg-A1 hydrotalcites(ZR-1) which have different XOn^m-/CO3^2- mole ratio were prepared by coprecipitation under microwave radiation, then accede the 4 genus received hydrotalcites to LDPE, the compound materials were prepared. The samples were analyed by XRD and thermal decompositiorl. The resuhs of thermal decomposition show that acid radical XOn-m and carbonate which mole ra- tio is 1:0 intermix intercalation Zn-Mg-Al hydrotalcite(ZR-1-A) has excellent effect on the thermal decompo- sition of LDPE,and the temperature breadth of thermal dec, omposition reaches to 365.36~C. Contrast to ZR-1 and ZR-1-A, we discovered that the LOI of ZR-I-A/PE (ZR-1-A/PE=40/60) is the best,which up to 29; and the LOI of ZR-1/PE (ZR-1/PE=40/60) only 28; The smoke elimination effect of ZR-1-A/LDPE composite material, [maximum smoke density (Din) 16.44] less than ZR-1/LDPE (Din 0.24); Both flame retardant test passes FIt-1 level; the tensile strength,elongation at break and impact strength of ZR-1-A has advanced than same one of ZR-1; from the SEM image,we find that burnt ZR-1-A/LDPE has a compact and solid covering which consistent with the effect of flame retardant property. Accordingly, this kind of hydrotalcite which has the functions of flame-retardance and smoke elimination, may use as a new kind of high-efficiency flame-retardant agent.%采用在微波辐射条件下共沉淀法合成得到XOnm^-/与CO、0~以不同摩尔比混合插层的阻燃类Zn—Mg—Al水滑石(ZR—1),并将获得的4种阻燃类水滑石与低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)制成复合材料。用扫描电子显微镜(XRD)和热分析对样品进行表征。热分析结果表明:X酸根与碳酸根以1:0的摩尔比混杂插层Zn—Mg—Al阻燃类水滑石(ZR—1—A)对LDPE的热氧分解有最好阻缓效果:热分解温度宽度达365.36℃。将ZR-1与ZR-1-A进行阻燃性能、力学性能及烟密度等测试的对比;发现ZR-1-A/LDPE比为40/60时,ZR—1—A/LDPE复合材料的极限氧指数(L01)29%比ZR-1/LDPE复合材料的LOI28%略高:而ZR—1—A/LDPE复合材料的消烟效果(最大烟密度为16.44)却远不如ZR-1/LDPE复合材料(最大烟密度为0.24),水平燃烧试验均通过FH-1级。此外,ZR-1-A/LDPE复合材料的拉伸强度断裂伸长率和冲击强度均有所提高;从扫描电子显微镜照片(SEM)上可以看出,ZR—1—A/LDPE燃烧后可观察到更为致密而结实的覆盖物,这与阻燃性能的结果是-致的,从而使该类水滑石单独作为-类高效阻燃消烟新型阻燃剂使用成为可能。
