本研究选用黑亚14下胚轴进行组织培养,确定黑亚14最适的种子消毒处理组合为70%乙醉消毒1.0min、10%次氯酸钠消毒20min,筛选出愈伤组织诱导分化培养基和不定芽伸长培养基中的激素使用浓度,优化了亚麻的再生体系,为亚麻的转基因奠定了基础.%The hypocotyls of Heiya No. 14 were used as explants for tissue culture. The results showed that the optimal disinfection treatments were to put seeds in 70% alcohol solution for 1.0 min, and then in 10% sodium hypochlorite solution for 20 min. The hormone concentrations of both the culture medium of callus induction and differentiation and the culture medium of adventitious shoot elongation were selected, and a regeneration system was optimized. The optimization of this flax regeneration system laid a foundation for flax transgenetic technology.
