城市人文主义价值观下的历史街区复兴策略-以汕头市小公园片区城市设计为例

The historical district continues urban context and embodies city culture. Smal park district of Shantou city is a historical district with unique spatial layout, historical buildings, and rich culture. With the port decline and new district development, smal park district experiences environmental decline, public space shortage, cultural decay, and population outlfow. The paper studies the regeneration of the area from environment improvement, public space reconstruction, cultural place creation, and industrial regeneration, to resotore the vitality and prosperity of the district.%城市的历史街区维系着城市的核心情感和价值，延续着城市的文脉，是城市文明的集中体现。汕头市小公园片区有着独特的城市空间格局、优秀的历史建筑和丰富的文化传统，然而，随着汕头市港口的衰落和城市新区的迅速开发等种种原因，如今的小公园片区正面临着历史建筑破败、环境质量下降、公共空间匮乏、文化和产业衰败以及居民大量迁出等诸多问题，因此对小公园片区进行复兴已刻不容缓。研究从城市人文主义价值观出发，从环境提升、公共空间重建、文化场所营造和产业复兴四个方面探讨小公园片区的复兴，以期提升片区的文化价值，改善片区环境，重塑人性化的生活空间，再现片区的繁荣与活力。
