数字规划视角下时空信息云平台的建设模式及规划应用-以重庆市两江新区为例

摘要

Urban rural planning has been restricted by information and data insufficiency. New technology and approach is needed to resolve the problem of information acquisition and sharing in planning compilation, implementation, and evaluation. Liangjiang new district has carried out space-temporal information cloud platform infrastructural construction in intel igent city development, which wil bring about reform in three aspects: IOT and cloud computing based information acquisition, cloud information platform based information construction model, planning management and decision making.%近年来，智慧城市建设迅速推进，重庆市两江新区已经开展了智慧两江的基础性工程—时空信息云平台的建设。城乡规划作为一项信息集成度高、综合性要求强的工作，目前已经严重受到信息不全面的制约，因此迫切需要新手段、新技术来解决规划编制、实施和评估等过程中信息获取、共享及辅助决策分析等问题，而基于时空信息平台开展的智慧城乡规划建设，将为城乡规划工作带来三方面的变革和创新：一是物联网和云计算技术将改变城乡规划中数据资源的获取方式；二是时空信息云平台的构建将改变传统的规划信息化建设模式；三是在时空信息云平台的支撑下，城乡规划管理和辅助决策功能将更全面和便捷。
