基于街道网络中心性分析的高层公共建筑群布局方法r——以蚌埠市滨湖新区城市设计为例

文章尝试使用街道网络中心性分析技术模拟人的活动,对高层公共建筑布局的城市设计方案进行评价和优选.首先,在定义网络和网络中心性的基础上,详细解释了中间性和可达范围两个中心性指标的含义与权重、搜索半径等相关参数;其次,提出使用中间性和可达范围指标来模拟高层公共建筑群周边人的途经活动与集聚活动的方法,并确定了相应的参数设定、分析步骤和计算工具.在此基础上,以蚌埠市滨湖新区城市设计为例,进行了应用探索.结果表明,路网结构、大容量开发与高层公共建筑群的结构关系是其合理布局的关键因素.此外,文章还总结了街道网络中心性分析方法在高层公共建筑群布局及推动城市规划设计科学化决策方面的前景和意义.%This paper tried to appraise the urban design proposals on the layout of high-rise public building group by the simulation of human activities in the city using urban street network centrality analysis tools. Firstly, on the basis of the introduction of network and centrality, two important indices, namely Betweenness and Reach, and their parameters such as weighting and searching radius are specified. Secondly, the methods of simulating passing-by activity and gathering activity using street network centrality analysis are discussed together with their parameters setting, working steps and tools. On the basis of that, the urban design on the BinHu new district in Bengbu is analyzed using the method as a studying case. It shows that the key points of the layout of high-rise public building groups are their relationship with the structure of road network and the high-intensity development. Besides that, the wide prospect and great sense of applying the centrality method in layout of high-rise public building group and scientific decision-making in urban planning are summarized.
