海绵城市建设规划思路及策略-以浙江省宁波杭州湾新区为例

Sponge city is crucial to the ecological civilization and transition of urban development. The paper discusses sponge city development in new district with Hangzhou Bay new city as an example. It analyzes the land use, ecology, climate of the site, makes a standard of sponge city development and multi-disciplinary development strategy, and provides a reference for other cases.%生态文明建设是我国城市建设转型的重要基础，而海绵城市建设是我国城市建设转型的重要启程点。文章从城市新区如何进行海绵城市建设出发，以浙江省宁波杭州湾新区为研究对象，对其现状城市用地特征、生态本底条件和气候特征进行分析，针对新区发展面临的问题，制定了海绵城市建设的标准体系和多专业融合的建设策略，以期为类似项目提供借鉴。
