基于空间需求的功能规划思路与方法-以福建省晋江市博览片区为例

功能规划作为一种特殊形式的规划，通常应用于特定地区的开发前期，主要目的是在满足上位规划的前提下，明确具体功能及细化其空间布局，为进一步规划设计提供基础。本文基于城市整体层面和企业个体的空间需求分析，提出针对特定区域的功能规划的思路和方法。在此基础上，以福建省晋江市博览片区为例，展开实证分析，为类似地区提供参考。%Functional planning as a special form of planning is used in the early phase of development. It is to clarify function and spatial layout, and provides reference for further planning. The paper analyzes the spatial needs of city and enterprises, and proposes functional planning concept and approach. The paper introduces the application of the method in Jinjiang exposition area planning.
