摘要

基于相对论速度变换和同一直线上相对论多普勒效应，给出了在接收者系下，运动方向与位移连线不在同一直线上的相对论多普勒效应的频率变换公式。%Based on the relativistic Doppler effect in the same line and Relativistic velocity transformation ,the relativistic Doppler effect frequency conversion formula ,which can be used in the condition that motion direction and displacement of the connection is not in the same line in different reference frames .
