热电材料室温下塞贝克系数测试装置的研制

摘要

提出一种测试热电材料室温下塞贝克系数的有效方法并搭建了其测试装置。该测试装置通过电路控制获得标准温差实现塞贝克系数的精确测量，其特点是利用电路控温取代传统的恒温循环水和温度测试仪表控温系统，结构简单、操作方便、成本低廉。%An effective method for testing Seebeck coefficient of thermoelectric materials under room tempera-ture is proposed and their test device is built. Using the device,the standard temperature difference is obtained through the circuit control and accurate measurement of the Seebeck coefficient is achieved. Characteristics of the equipment is by the use of a circuit to replace the traditional thermostatic temperature circulating water and temperature test instruments to control temperature which has simple structure,easy operation and low cost.
