RASSF1A、p16基因甲基化与肺癌关系及据此诊疗研究进展

抑癌基因RASSF1A、p16发生甲基化,可能与肺癌的发生发展有关.该两基因和其甲基化可以从肺癌组织、呼出气冷凝液、血液、痰液、肺泡灌洗液中检测到.目前可使用去甲基化药物5-氮杂-2'-脱氧胞苷等进行治疗.%The methylation of RASSF1A and p16 gene has been proved to be closely related with lung cancer.Studies focus on detecting the methylation status of RASSF1A and p16 gene in pathological tissues,exhaled breath condensate,blood,sputum and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid,demethlation and treatment of methylation.Demethylation drugs such as 5-Aza-2'-dC are used in clinic treatment on lung cancer.
