我院老年科门诊患者潜在不适当用药评价及改进对策

摘要

According to the list of potentially inappropriate medication (PIM) for Chinese aged people, the prescriptions of Geriatrics outpatients in our hospital were analyzed and evaluated to evaluate the potential inappropriate medication (PIM) use in elderly patients, and the improvement strategies were put forward to provide new ideas for the rational use of medication in elderly patients.%按照中国老年人潜在不适当用药目录对我院老年科门诊患者的处方进行点评分析,评价老年患者潜在不适当用药(PIM)情况,提出改进策略,以期为老年患者合理用药提供新思路.
