管输哈萨克斯坦混合原油轻石脑油馏分适宜加工方案分析

         

摘要

Kazakhstan crude oil is the main crude oil in crude oils imported through the Northwest of China.The property analysis on the index of reforming feedstock of true boiling point lower than or equal to 145℃ shows that the distillation fraction cannot be used as the feedstock of catalytic reforming because of its high content of alkane (59.41%),low aromatics (6.77%)and its lower latent aromatics (31.69%).The analysis of ≤ 180 ℃ true boiling point fraction based upon specifications of straight-run gasoline demonstrates that this fraction is not good to be blended into gasoline because of its high alkane (63.65 %),low aromatics (8.34%),low BMCI(16.23%) and low octane number(58.8).The simulation tests of this fraction under the conditions of 0.1 MPa cracking pressure,0.55 water to oil ratio,890 ℃ temperature and 105 ms residence time,the olefins (ethylene,propylene and butylene) yields in cracking products is as high as 48.04%.The ethylene yield is 28.63%,which indicates that the light naphtha fraction from Kazakhstan mixed crude oil is a good feedstock for ethylene crackers.%哈萨克斯坦原油是国内西北口岸进口的主要原油,实沸点切取不高于145℃馏分按重整原料的指标进行性质分析,表明馏分链烷烃质量分数高(59.41%)、芳烃质量分数低(6.77%)、芳潜低(31.69%),不适宜做重整原料.选取不超过180℃馏分按直馏汽油指标进行性质分析,表明馏分链烷烃质量分数高(63.65%)、芳烃质量分数低(8.34%)、芳烃指数(BMCI)低(16.23%)、辛烷值(RON)低(58.8),不适宜调合汽油.通过高精度小型模拟实验装置对馏分进行乙烯原料模拟评价,在裂解压力为0.1 MPa,w(水)∶w(油)为0.55、温度为890℃、停留时间为105 ms的条件下,裂解产物中三烯收率达48.04%,乙烯收率为28.63%,表明管输哈萨克斯坦混合原油不高于180℃轻石脑油馏分适宜做乙烯裂解原料.
