Through investigation study for heat loss of insulated pipelines of two sample refineries,the information of current status of heat loss in the refinery has been obtained,the causes of heat losses are analyzed in respect of thermal insulation materials,design process and construction,and the measures for reducing heat loss of insulted pipeline are recommended.216 pipelines have been selected as sample for testing,which covers about all main pipelines of the refinery units such as CDU,VDU,HCC,FCC,DCU etc.The data obviously show that the high heat loss has been existing in insulated pipelines of refineries and nearly 40% of the sample pipelines exceed the standard specifications.The heat insulation engineering should be improved.It is suggested to strengthen the current design for pipelines insulation,optimize insulation structure,apply new materials and dynamic monitoring and comprehensively evaluate the heat loss system so as to reduce the heat losses and improve the heat insulation performance.%通过对石化系统内两家样本企业保温管道的热损调研,了解了现阶段炼油企业保温管道的热损状况,并从保温材料、设计工艺以及施工环节3个方面分析热损产生的原因,从而提出了降低热损的措施和建议.此次管道现场调研共测样本管道216根,覆盖了如常减压蒸馏、重油催化裂化、加氢裂化、延迟焦化等炼油企业主要装置的管道.测试数据表明,现阶段炼油企业保温管道的热损较高,样本管道的超标率近40%,保温工程急需改进.建议实施:管道分级管理;优化保温层结构;推广新材料应用以及开展热损动态监测和综合评估等措施,从而降低热量损失,提高保温效果.
