芳烃联合装置二甲苯塔提压操作和塔盘技术的经济性比较

         

摘要

为了降低芳烃联合装置能耗,二甲苯塔通常采用加压操作方案,利用塔顶的冷凝热作为抽余液塔和抽出液塔等精馏塔的重沸器热源.二甲苯塔加压操作后,系统物料的分离难度增加,导致设备规模加大.多降液管塔盘溢流堰远长于其他型式的塔盘,能承受比较大的液体负荷,尤其适用于处理液相负荷特别大的体系.对芳烃装置中常规加压操作和进一步加压操作的二甲苯塔分别采用不同的塔盘技术进行了技术经济比较,发现采用多降液管塔盘技术,二甲苯塔的总投资比采用多溢流塔盘技术明显降低,采用多降液管塔盘技术性价比更优.%In order to reduce the energy consumption of the aromatics complex,the xylene column is operated under pressurized conditions to utilize the overhead condensing heat to supply heat for the reboilers of raffinate column and extract column.When the xylene column is operated at higher pressure,the difficulty in material separation of the system is increased,which will result in large equipment size.The total weir length of multi-downcomer tray is much longer than other conventional trays and is especially suitable for large liquid load.Multi-flow tray technology and multi-downcomer tray technology are compared for pressurized operation of xylene column.It is found from the comparison that the total investment of the xylene column is lower than that of multi-downcomer tray technology,and the technical and economic performances for multi-downcomer tray technology are much better.
