以劣质裂解粗C9为原料,在实验室先后评价了6种镍系催化剂的加氢精制性能.根据原料性质合理调整工艺操作参数,控制反应压力2.8 MPa,新鲜油体积空速0.8h-1,稀释比(2~4)∶1(产品:新鲜油),氢与新鲜油体积比600.协调控制入口温度、原料油稀释比及催化剂床层温升,实现了过程平稳控制、产品溴价较新鲜油降低50%以上.试验结果表明,目前市场上常见的6种可用于裂解粗C9的预加氢镍系催化剂,从综合性能看,N-1,Y-14和K-6三种催化剂加氢精制性能较优.%The hydrogenation performances of 6 kinds of nickel catalysts were evaluated in the laboratory by using the crude C9 as raw material.Based upon the properties of feedstock,the process parameters were appropriately adjusted,such as 2.8 Mpa reaction pressure,0.8 h-1 fresh oil volume space velocity,2 ~4 V dilution ratio (products:fresh oil),600 V/V hydrogen to fresh oil ratio.Controls of inlet temperature,feed oil dilution ratio and catalyst bed temperature rise were coordinated.As the result stable control of hydrogenation was realized,product bromine content was decreased by over 50% as compared with the fresh oil.Test results show that,for the six kinds of nickel based catalysts in the current market which can be used for the pyrolysis of crude C9 pre-hydrogenation,the hydrogenation refining performances of three kinds of catalysts of N-1,Y-14 and K-6 are more superior.
