催化重整装置混合二甲苯精制塔白土失活原因分析与解决措施

         

摘要

催化重整生成油中富含混合二甲苯,还含有少量的烯烃,一般采用活化颗粒白土来脱除其中的烯烃.概述了催化重整装置混合二甲苯白土塔中的白土使用情况、白土的精制原理,并分别从白土的质量、操作条件、重整反应苛刻度等方面对白土失活原因进行了分析,提出了白土前置、后置流程优化、重整原料优化、重整反应优化、二甲苯白土塔的控制等提高白土利用率的措施.通过采取这些措施,提高了白土的使用率,使白土的使用寿命由30天延长至60天,同时减少了因换剂频繁造成的二甲苯损失.%CCR reformate is rich in mixed xylenes and usually contains some trace olefins, which could be removed by active clay. The application status of clay at the xylene refining tower of CCR unit and the principle of clay refining were summarized, the deactivation of clay was analyzed from the quality of clay, operation conditions and reaction severity of CCR process as well. To prolong the service life of clay, measures including optimizing the process flow of clay refining, optimizing reforming feed and reaction conditions, as well as optimizing the operation conditions of clay refining tower, were put into practice. Since then, the service life of clay prolonged from 30 d to 60 d and the loss of xylene cut down due to less clay substitutions.
