S Zorb工艺过程反应规律分析

         

摘要

分析了S Zorb工艺过程中烃类化合物、硫化物和氮化物的反应规律,认为S Zorb工艺技术在脱硫反应的同时,烃类化合物以烯烃饱和反应为主,并伴有少量裂化反应,同时还有一定的脱氮效果.对烯烃质量分数为22.83%、硫质量分数为325 μg/g的催化裂化汽油,在生产硫质量分数为6.3 μg/g精制汽油时,烯烃的饱和率为15.16%,烃类的轻质化率为1.19%,辛烷值损失为0.8;催化裂化汽油中的硫醇和硫醚类硫化物最易脱除,通常其脱除率为100%,C2噻吩和C3+噻吩是精制汽油中常见的残存硫化物.催化裂化汽油中氮化物以苯胺类化合物为主,其脱除率为32.4%.%The reaction rules of hydrocarbons,sulfides and nitrides in S Zorb process were studied.It is shown that some of the olefins are hydrogenated,small amount of hydrocarbon cracking reactions and denitrification reactions occur during desulfurization reactions in S Zorb process.When the FCC gasoline with olefin of 22.83% and sulfur of 325 μg/g is used to produce clean gasoline with sulfur content less than 10 μg/g by S Zorb process,the olefin saturation rate is 15.16%,the hydrocarbon cracking rate is 1.19%,and RON loss is less than 0.8.The removal rate for both mercaptan and thioether is close to 100%2-methyl thiophene and 3-methyl thiophene are the main residual sulfur compounds in refined gasoline.The aniline compounds in FCC gasoline are the primary nitrides.Its removal rate is 32.4% for this feed in S Zorb process.
