The regeneration behavior of sulfur and carbon species on S Zorb adsorbent was studied in a fixed bed reactor.Results showed that Ni element in the S Zorb adsorbent plays a catalyst role for the regeneration of ZnS,resulting in lower regeneration temperature.The oxidations of sulfur and carbon species are competitive reactions during regenerating process.Higher temperature benefits the burning of carbon species.The oxidation of ZnS is restrained greatly due to the consumption of oxygen for carbon burning.The molecular ratio of CO2 and SO2 in flue gas is about 2.1-2.3 at regeneration temperature of 500 ℃.%研究了负载硫和碳的S Zorb吸附剂与含氧气体接触时的再生行为.结果表明:Ni/ZnO基吸附剂中的Ni元素对吸附剂中ZnS的氧化再生具有催化促进作用,降低了吸附剂的烧硫再生温度,使再生烧硫反应更容易进行;吸附剂上的烧硫和烧碳反应在再生过程中属于竞争关系,高的再生温度有利于再生烧碳反应,再生烧碳反应消耗了大量的氧气,使得再生烧硫反应受到抑制;当再生温度为500℃时,再生烟气中的CO2/SO2摩尔比为2.1~2.3.
