HK-40离心浇铸炉管的焊接施工

摘要

HK-40离心浇铸炉管(我国牌号为4Cr25Ni20)已经广泛用于炼油和石化装置中，该炉管的焊接是石化工程施工中的一个难点。通过分析其焊接性能，进行焊接工艺试验，制定了合理的焊接工艺措施，在兰州炼油厂制氢装置转化炉的施工中获得了良好的焊接质量。%HK-40 centrifugal cast furnace pipe (Chinese trademark is4Cr25Ni20) has been widely applied in oil refining and petrochemical units, but its welding is a difficult point in petrochemical project construction. By analyzing its welding performance, and performing welding technology test and establishing a rationally welding technology, it acquires high welding quality in the construction of transforming furnace of hydrogenproduction unit in Lanzhou Refinery.
