吉林油田浅层丛式水平井井眼轨迹控制技术

         

摘要

Shallow cluster horizontal wells drilling technology is an effective method to improve the well pattern and production rate,and the trajectory control is the key technique. On the basis of the field application summary and comprehensive analysis of the difficulties encountered in Fuyu 12th cluster horizontal wells,such as small well distance,shall depth,and large number of wells,a suite of well trajectory control technique was developed, such as well location optimization, well deviation prevention, kick-off point optimization,trajectory error conservative calculation,optimizing drilling trajectory,improving trajectory accuracy, effectively bypassing obstacles, and careful implementation. The technique was used in 32 wells (23 horizontal wells,8 extended reach wells,and one vertical well),several records were created. The field applications show that this technology can resolve issues caused by land restriction and difficulties and develop the confined reservoir in Jilin Oilfield. This technology has a bright future in application.%浅层丛式水平井技术是吉林油田扶余地区完善井网、高效开采的有效手段,而浅层丛式水平井的井眼轨迹控制是其成功实施的关键技术.通过对吉林油田扶余城区12号丛式水平井组井口间距小、井浅、井多等技术难点的系统分析研究及现场钻井试验总结,形成了一套完善的浅层丛式水平井井眼轨迹控制技术,即优化井口排布、直井段防斜打直、优选造斜点、轨迹误差保守计算、优化钻具组合、提高轨迹测量精度、有效防碰绕障和精细施工等.并利用该技术在扶余城区12号丛式水平井组顺利实施32口井(其中水平井23口,大位移定向井8口,直井1口),创下国内单个平台水平井数量最多的纪录.现场应用表明,浅层丛式水平井技术可成功解决因井场征地困难、地面受限等原因造成的储量难动用问题,为扶余油田受限油藏的集约、有效开发提供了一种新的途径和方法,具有广阔的应用前景.
