A method for heavy metal contamination and then hydrothermal aging(cyclic contamination and aging) for FCC catalysts in a fixed fluidized bed was established.The effect of different methods of the contamination and aging on the catalyst properties was investigated.The results showed that the deposition rate of the heavy metals was closely related with the ratio of catalyst to oil and the cyclic contamination times,and a corresponding functional relationship was established.An experimental plan for the cyclic contamination of heavy metals can be established using this function.Compared with the methods of impregnating contamination and aging of inorganic and organic heavy metals,the dispersion of heavy metals on the catalyst in the cyclic contamination and aging of organic heavy metals is better.The cyclic contaminating and aging method of organic heavy metals is simple.%采用固定流化床装置对FCC催化剂进行重金属污染,并对污染后的催化剂进行水热老化,建立了有机重金属盐循环污染老化方法;比较了不同污染老化方法对催化剂性能的影响.实验结果表明,在循环污染过程中重金属沉积率与剂油比、循环污染次数有关,并建立了相应的函数关系式;利用函数关系式可确定有机重金属盐循环污染老化实验方案;与无机、有机盐浸渍污染老化的催化剂相比,有机重金属盐循环污染老化的催化剂上的重金属分散状态较好;有机重金属盐循环污染老化方法的实验过程简单.
