长水平段水平井高效钻井关键技术研究

         

摘要

长水平段水平井钻井技术是致密油气开发的重要技术保障.但是,长水平段给钻井带来了设备与钻具的选型、井眼轨迹控制、钻井提速等难题.大港油田实施的长水平段水平井G1701H井,创造了大港油田5000 m以上水平井钻井周期最短、机械钻速最高、钻机月速最高、水平段最长"四个之最"的记录.因此,本文以本井为例,从钻前预测、实钻过程两个阶段阐述了长水平段水平井钻井关键技术.本文的研究将为同类型长水平段水平井高效钻井提供了理论指导和技术支持.%Long horizontal well drilling technology is an important technical support for the development of tight oil and gas. However, this brings with it the challenges of equipment and rig selection, well trajectory control, and drilling speed. The G1701H well, which is a long horizontal well implemented in Dagang oilfield, has created four records for the hori-zontal wells above 5 000 m in Dagang oilfield,such as the shortest drilling cycle,the highest drilling speed, the highest monthly speed of drilling rig and the longest horizontal section. Therefore,taking this well as an example,this paper elaborates the key technologies of hori-zontal well drilling in long horizontal section from two stages of pre-drilling prediction and actual drilling process.The research in this paper will provide theoretical guidance and tech-nical support for the efficient drilling of horizontal wells with the same long horizontal well.
