With experience and examples, some causes of materials failure in petrochemical e-quipment manufacturing process were analyzed, and some corresponding preventive measures were put forward.%结合工作中的一些实例,分析了石油化工设备制造过程中出现的材料质量问题及其产生的原因,提出了相应的防范措施.
