应用超高压水射流切割技术拆除焦化分馏塔内构件

         

摘要

Traditionally, the removal of internal members of petrochemical units is done by flame or plasma cutting. This imposes great challenges to the safety of the operation as well as the working environment for workers. To reach the desired conditions for this operation, many preconditioning steps such as steam blowing,nitrogen gas purging, and water cleaning are needed beforehand. As a result,the operation costs a lot of resources and the operation time schedule may be delayed. This paper presents a novel way of u-sing ultrahigh-pressure water-jet cutting technique to remove the internal members of petrochemical units. Application of this new technique eliminates the stringent pre-conditioning steps. And the water-jet cutting does not deteriorate the working environment by producing heat and air contamination and the operating efficiency has been improved effectively. The removal operation can thus be well done.%长期以来,石油化工容器内需要更新改造的内构件均采用火焰或等离子切割的方式进行拆除,由此对安全动火和工人作业环境提出了很高要求.文章介绍的超高压水射流切割技术,对安全动火条件无苛刻要求,达到工人可以进入作业空间施工的条件即可,同时水射流对作业空间不产生气体污染和温度,不会恶化作业环境条件,有效地提高了施工效率,很好地完成了分馏塔内构件的拆除工作.
