劣质原油加工装置设防值研究

摘要

随着石油产品需求日益增大以及经济利益的驱动,加工劣质原油将是我国炼油企业今后和未来长期面对的现实情况,而加工劣质原油容易对装置产生冲击,尤其对常减压蒸馏装置和主要二次加工装置将会造成严重腐蚀,并带来一系列的安全问题.因此为装置设置一道安全警戒线即设防值显得尤为重要.本文阐述了设防值研究的必要性,并对设防值的研究情况进行了分析.%With the increasing demand for oil products and the motivation of economic interest, processing poor quality crude oil is and will be the actual situation that the refining enterpri-ses in our country must confront now and in the future. Yet processing poor quality crude oil may cause corrosion to the unit, especially serious corrosion to atmospheric-vacuum distillation unit and main secondary processing unit; and may cause series of safety problems. Therefore,it appears really important to set a safety warning limit, I. E. Corrosion prevention threshold for the units. This paper elaborates on the necessity of research on corrosion prevention threshold and analyzes the research progress.
