马拉硫磷原药的气-质联机分析

摘要

To establish a method for the determination of malathion technical by GC/MS （EI） . The GC/MS system consisted of HP-5MS column and electron impact ion source. The standard curve of malathion showed good linearity over the range of 1.5-10mg/L. The standard deviation was 0.93, the variation coefficient was 1.0% , and the average recovery of the method is 99.13%.The method is simple, accurate and reproducible.%本文采用GC—MS联用仪、EI电离源、HP-5MS型毛细管柱，通过外标法对马拉硫磷原药主成分进行定量分析，并结合质谱图对原药中所含杂质进行定性分析。结果表明，马拉硫磷浓度在1.5～10mg／LCE围内，线性相关系数为0．9994，标准偏差为0．93，变异系数为1．0％，平均回收率为99．13％。
