75％苯噻·乙氧隆可湿性粉剂高效液相色谱分析方法研究

摘要

本文采用高效液相色谱法,以乙腈+0.05％磷酸溶液为流动相,使用C18色谱柱和二极管阵列检测器,在200nm波长下对试样中的苯噻酰草胺和乙氧磺隆进行分离和定量分析.结果表明苯噻酰草胺和乙氧磺隆的线性相关系数分别为0.999 9和0.999 2;标准偏差为0.03和0.04;变异系数为0.04％和1.58％;平均回收率99.96％和99.68％.%A method for the separation and the quantitative analysis of simeteyn + ethoxysulfuron WP by HPLC with acetonitrile and 0.05％ aqueous phosphoric as mobile phase,using C18 column and DAD at 200nm wavelength was described.The result showed the linear relative coefficients for simeteyn and ethoxysulfuron were 0.999 9 and 0.999 2,that the standard deviation were 0.03 and 0.04,that the variation coefficient were 0.04％ and 1.58％,and that the average recovery were 99.96％ and 99.68％ respectively.
